Our history
Parmense Trasporti was born 60 years ago and it boasts a solid tradition in the sector of exceptional transport and handling of industrial equipment.
It started in 1959 in Parma thanks to the initiative and skills of Dario Ilariuzzi and his sons Valerio and Vittorio. The company provides transport services, goods storage and mobile crane rental.
Thanks to the shrewd entrepreneurial skills of the first generation, the company has succeeded throughout the years and has gained its own space in Italy and in Europe, becoming a leader in the exceptional transport and handling sector.
Today this important and structured legacy is managed by the second generation, which continues on the path undertaken evolving and modernising the organization as well as the structure previously established.
We are a solid business resource for special, extraordinary and complex assignments, a market leader for tailor-made detailed solutions.
We have optimised our expertise in transporting oversized loads, which require using heavy-duty and environment-friendly equipment. We specialise in transport of artworks, delicate assets to handle carefully and safely, due to the complexity of the object and the often-oversized dimensions.
Our corporate mission is environmental sustainability and safety with passion for our work and care for details. Upgrading the vehicle fleet with environment-friendly vehicles and training of our staff are expression of our commitment to continue improving our 60 years-old company.

Certifications
Since 2001 Parmense Trasporti has obtained ISO 9001 certification, to ensure high quality standards to its customers.
We are also about to obtain the ISO 45001 certification, because we believe that the important work that leads to such recognition is a guarantee of quality for us, our staff and our customers, be that private parties or public bodies.

Organizational structure
- Marketing and Operation Department dedicated to interact with Customers and prepare accurate quotations regarding costs and organization of the project. We want to give our customers the best in terms of organization and operation at the most competitive price.

- Exceptional Transport Planning Department managing the transport consisting of route planning, paperwork for road permits according to the rules of the country of operation and management of technical escorts.
​
- Vehicles Management Department is in charge of finding the most technologically advanced equipment to ensure the safety of all the assignments.
​
- Staff Management Area that undertakes daily to train and update our operators so that they can carry out their duties with care and attention.
